2016 Momentum Barcelona President’s Award for Customer Satisfaction

The Enterprise Content Division President’s Award for Customer Satisfaction recognizes partners who adopt a top-level strategic focus on customer service. It rewards
partnersGhosted Image who exceed customer expectations by providing the highest levels of satisfaction in services or solutions.
Entry deadline is 11:59 p.m. EST, September 30, 2016.

CRITERIA
Partners must provide a minimum of one reference customer testimonial validating the long-term excellence of their implementation, deployment and ongoing services. Partners must have a program to measure customer satisfaction that includes a closed-loop feedback mechanism. Provide up to three customer reference studies.
